The Brief

Turn complexity into clarity. Align teams through design.

As one of Australia’s largest co-operatives, CBH operates with a vast, interconnected structure. The team needed a way to visualise key strategic processes in a way that was succinct, accessible and brand-aligned. The brief: design infographic systems that clearly convey how different business units work together to deliver value, from grower to port. These tools would be used across internal presentations, training, onboarding and leadership communication.

We delivered a suite of infographics that bring CBH’s strategy and structure to life. Designed in line with CBH’s brand, each piece was built for scalability, optimised for both screen and print, and adaptable across departments. Visual hierarchy, iconography and colour were all used with intention to guide the viewer through each stage or process, making the information digestible without diluting detail. These assets now form a key part of CBH’s internal engagement toolkit, helping bring vision and process together in one clear visual language.
