Port to Pub had the heart, the following, and the momentum. What they needed was a design partner who could elevate the brand from local favourite to international event. Enter Studio Scotts. We were engaged to evolve and future-proof the Port to Pub identity starting with a refreshed logo and style guide, then rolling that energy across every touchpoint. From medals to merchandise, signage to social, we unified the visual language and gave this iconic swim the brand presence it deserves.

The Brief

As one of WA’s most beloved open-water swims, Port to Pub had outgrown its original grassroots look. The team needed a brand evolution that respected its community-driven origins but reflected the scale and ambition of the event today. Our brief was to refine the identity without losing the legacy. That meant developing a clean, confident logo, creating a robust style guide, and overhauling all collateral from course signage and race packs to digital assets, social campaigns, and a new responsive website.

We delivered a fully refreshed visual system, balancing vibrant energy with clarity and professionalism. The new logomark is bold yet fluid, designed to work across everything from swim caps to sponsor banners. A comprehensive style guide ensures consistency across seasons and suppliers. We designed race-day signage, print materials, medals, and merchandise to feel united and unmistakably Port to Pub. The new website brings it all together, easy to navigate, mobile-friendly, and designed with both swimmers and sponsors in mind. The result: a brand ready to lead from the front.
